In this context there are many allegedly run manpower inside Nepal who allure innocent Nepali people with better opportunities in gulf countries and then send them there to suffer. There are many Nepalese employees in gulf countries, especially in Saudi Arab, who have been jailed since a long time ago and Nepal government, Nepal embassy and Rules Regulation Body have always been overlooking this issue.

Suresh Mandal from Siraha, who has been imprisoned since 7 years and 7 months was accused of accidentally killing a Bangladesh citizen with his tractor in Saudi Arab. His parents are appealing for help from the government to bring him back but yet no step has been taken. Similarly Bhim Bahadur Dahal from Morang has also been accused of accidentally hitting a car by his truck due to which the car driver lost his life. He has been jailed since 4 years and six months in the prison of Saudi Arab.
